We are looking for an administrator to support our business development team. With the support of colleagues at all levels, you will help to complete client questionnaires and prequalification documents, as well as collate materials for use in presentations and bids. You’ll manage our tenders mailbox and help to maintain our internal information systems, such as our intranet and corporate database. You will help to organise national/international travel and meetings. You will also administer our project archives and support the broader activities of the team as necessary.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive approach; administrative experience in business development role would be a real advantage. You should be a people person with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. You will need an eye for detail, be able to work both independently and as part of a busy team, and have excellent MS Office 2010 skills. Fluency in a second European language would be an advantage.
This is a fixed term post, starting as soon as possible, and ending 23 February 2018. While this is a full time role, we will consider candidates available to work 30-37 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
