Business Support Administrator

We are looking to recruit a business support administrator to help support our groups and operational management teams.

About the role

In this role you will undertake general administrator tasks, providing high level, professional administrative support for our Group Managers and their teams. This would include, for example, reconciliation of expenses and credit cards, organising travel and general business support. In addition you will provide support to the project management process, inputting data on to the company corporate database and general support to bid and project managers.

Covering other team members of the team is an important part of the role as is regular cover for reception.

About you

You will have experience working as an administrator in a medium size company. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and communication skills, good time management skills with the ability to prioritise your workload in a busy environment.

You will need a proactive approach, and must be able to work flexibly to balance competing priorities. You must be able to work in a team and on your own and will have a positive approach to change and new challenges.
