Business Support: Group and Project Administrator (ref 2021_15)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our friendly and inclusive office administration team.

About the role

Are you looking for an exciting and varied role? Are you enthusiastic, diligent and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking to appoint a Business Support (Group/Project) Administrator. This is a varied role working right at the heart of the business. You will be responsible for organising and managing the administrative activities for our group managers and their teams. You will be organising meetings, setting up conference calls, organising both UK and international travel; arranging conference attendance, undertaking management of diaries and dealing with organising external commitments of the team.

You will also be supporting bid and project managers by setting up project authorisation notices, contract variation orders, invoicing and project closure notices as well as support on general project administration.

About you

You will have a strong track-record of as an administrator in a medium size company. We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels using diplomacy in each of your interactions. You will have the ability to work quickly yet meticulously, taking a flexible and pragmatic approach to shifting priorities; and you will have excellent judgement – be it on a last-minute schedule change, or a confidential matter.
