Andy has operational and strategic expertise, including design of water supply resources and water supply systems. He has an understanding of water treatment processes and risks as well as management of water treatment works from simple chlorination to complex multi-stage processes, including pesticide removal

He has led a number of strategic projects for CRU in Ireland, Ofwat and the Environment Agency in the UK, as well as projects for UK and international water companies and organisations such as the World Bank and FCDO.
