Janet brings extensive experience in organisational development and people leadership from major global companies. She provides valuable guidance on culture, governance and change, helping us strengthen leadership and support sustainable growth.
Janet has been a Non‑Executive Director at HR Wallingford since 2019 and has spent most of her career in senior human resources roles within major global organisations. Her experience includes leadership positions at WPP, Millward Brown, Volkswagen Financial Services and Universal Pictures, where she supported organisational development, talent management and large‑scale business transformation.
Now working as an independent HR consultant, Janet advises small and medium-sized businesses on achieving sustainable growth and strengthening leadership and governance. For nine years, she also served as a Non‑Executive Director at Paradigm Housing Group, where she chaired the governance, nominations and remuneration committee until her retirement from the role in 2019.
